Spring equinox workshop
The upcoming workshop will be 20th March in sync with the spring equinox. The workshop will be a time for creativity, reflection and setting intentions for the new seasonal year. This workshop is an opportunity to meet new people and make new connections. Spring is the season for rebirth, embracing the lighter and longer days to come and feeling recharged after the long winter.
Within this workshop the focus will be on setting intentions and using creativity to set them. we will be making intention plant pots and planting a spring bulb of your choice to compliment the birth or your intentions, growth, and new life. All inline with the new seasonal year.

Seasonal workshops
I run four seasonal workshops a year. Each workshop is held on the day of the seasons equinox or solstice. Each workshops is tailored to suit the current season in a way that introduces creativity, mindfulness and reflection. All workshops are facilitated by me in a safe space.
